The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities. Featuring a sun terrace, Hotel Carol is located in a quiet district of Vysočany in Prague, 820 feet from the Českomoravská Metro Station. The whole experience was so great. The shower has hot water 24 hours a day. The reception would happily assist you whenever needed. And the cleaning service is outstanding. Down the hall, the Jerusalem restaurant is serving the best breakfast with loads of varieties. So make sure you take the room with breakfast. It is really worth it And the best of the hotel is "Josefina". She is an outstanding and hospitable receiprionist. No matter the time you would report an issue that you confront, she is always there to help and take an immediate action to tackle it. She is priceless and so valuable asset to the Staff of hotel Carol.

Everything was clean and came with other nice things, like iron and ironing board, sewing kit, etc. Was nice since one of my hoodies needed stitching. The room was sufficiently big; the shower had hot water; everything was great.
