It was a real and amazing palace. The room and property overall were clean, neat, new, comfortable and nice. The garden was our favourite place to have breakfast in the morning, just relax during the day and have dinner at night. The room was perfect, too. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked and made it very cool to stay in. Last but not least, the restaurant’s food is to die for. Very delicious and fresh. We want to say a special thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, fun, pleasurable. Our favourite person is Alshen, who is one of the newer staff and always gave his best to help us out with everything. All of this together makes this place one of our favourite hotels ever. Thank you!

The property is very clean, very well equipped (they even have a washing machine and iron free of charge). I didn’t hear the other guests, so the rooms seem to be well isolated. The area is well deserved by the public transport, so it’s convenient to go to the campus or to the airport. Check in instructions are clear, so my experience is very positive.

Great location and view from our balcony. Rooms were immaculately clean. Hotel is in Biarro Alto so is very near to wonderful part of Lisbon. Above all else the staff were incredibly friendly and we were made very welcome. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
